Crazy Hair, My little Ballerina, and Same size as a doll!

Berklee was having an awesome hair day. It looked like Ace Ventura when he is in the mental institute. These pictures don't do it justice, but Kyle and I were laughing so hard!

We randomly take pictures of our Princess hence the reason of this one. She is in a little Ballet sleeper. Any of you that know me know that I have danced my whole life, so she will be doing the same!

She is the same size as this little doll. Sometimes it doesn't even seem real because she is so tiny! What an adorable little girl!

Bringing Home Baby Pics

I'm so little for my car seat! This is a really close up picture of her so it looks like she fits perfectly, but in all reality she is so tiny compared to it!
Yay! No more hospital! We were so excited to finally bring her home! It was snowing so we couldn't take a picture outside. That is kinda a tradition in my family, but I thought this one was good enough.

Princess Berklee all bundled and ready to go home!

Finally my own clothes! We were so excited to finally put her in her own things! This outfit is a premie and it's huge! The pants fit her like Steve Urkel(spelling?)

Home Sweet Home

Berklee finally got to come home on Monday! We are and were so excited. I have never been so worn out. I don't get why they tell you to rest, but then you have to go up to the hospital every 2 and 1/2 hours for feedings! I guess we could have just skipped them, but I hate pumping and of course wanted to see my baby. It was a rough 10 days, but we made it thru. I had such a hard time and obviously couldn't wait for her to come home. We have pictures of her first car ride and leaving the hospital that we will post soon. On monday the hospital called me at 7 am! They told me they got doctor's orders to discharge Berklee! YAY! The phone call we had been waiting for... One problem, Kyle didn't get off work until 2:30. So I slept in, went to her afternoon feeding, ran some errands, then met Kyle at home to go pick up our little Bundle of Joy. I don't think that either on of us really listened to the nurses cause we were to excited to dress her in HER clothes and run out of there ASAP cause we were so sick of the place! Anyway, all is going well, she is such an angel! I love staying home with her and already don't want to go back to work. She has been keeping her temp up, her jaundice is gone, and only chokes once a day! We will have more updates soon! Thanks to everyone that has been supporting us and who has been just as worried as us! We love all of you!

Berklee Update!

Ok before I update I will tell the story of my labor... I went into the Dr. on Monday the 24th and was dilated to a 5! The Dr. asked me if I had felt any contractions and I hadn't. I had worked the day and night before, a 9 hour shift, then that same day for 8 hours. I will admit now after looking back that I was having some labor cause my back was hurting so bad! I just thought it was because I had worked to long shifts right in a row and when you are standing in a checkstand your back hurts all the time. Anyway, he sent me over to Labor and Delivery. I was on strict Bedrest. I couldn't even get up to use the toilet... I had to use a bedpan! Poor Kyle, he really showed me true love these past couple weeks. I have the most wonderful Husband anyone (or just me) could ask for. Monday night I was having contractions and still wasn't feeling anything. So since I was only 34 weeks and a 5 days they gave me some medication to stop them. On tues I got checked again and I was dilated to a 6! Wednesday I was finally allowed to get out of bed cause I was finally 35 weeks. The Dr.'s that were watching me were pretty much waiting for my Dr. to come back in town. Well as everyone knows, Thurs. was Thanksgiving... Not all that fun to spend holiday's in the hospital. Again, Kyle was and is such an amazing husband he didn't leave me at all! Even though his family was having a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner, he wanted to stay with me. Finally Friday came and my actual Doctor was back in town. She came in and checked me, I was dilated to an 8! Still NO pain... so 9:30 am she broke my water! Yikes we were about to become parents! At 12:20 pm Princess Berklee Autumn Craig was born! 4lbs 15.2 oz 18 and 1/2 inches. What a beautiful baby... Ok now the update.

Berklee has been in the NICU since saturday the 29th. I have had a really hard time with her not being home. At first she couldn't keep her temperature up since she was so early and so little. She has finally overcome that issue in her short life so far. Her problem now is that she gets so excited to eat that she forgets to breathe! Her heartrate drops and that's really bad. Today the Dr. finally gave us a number of days till she gets to come home. So in 2-3 days we get to have our Princess here and no more trips to the hospital! YAY! Kyle and I can't wait! Anyway, we are so excited and blessed that she is here. Very Healthy and so Beautiful! She is such a blessing already in our lives and so loved! She truelly is our Little Princess!

Update time!

Here is our update for the week... Kyle's finger looks great! He is now down to just wearing a bandaid. He got 5 stitches, and probably could have had 2 more. The swelling has gone down on the cut and it looks really good! It totally freaked me out that he was hurt cause nothing ever happens to him. Even though it was his finger I felt like someone ripped my heart out and was stomping on it! It was one of the worst feelings I have ever had. I think I was worse off than him although I tried to play it calm. At the end of the day and the next day I was more worn out than him! I'm blaming it on the pregnancy since I am 34 weeks along and that was just to much stress for me to handle! AHHH! Now update on the peanut...

My doctor went out of town for two weeks so I am seeing another doctor. At my last appt. with her on wednesday last week these were her instructions- Go to Davis Hospital to get a baby stress test, Monday see Dr. Hall, Thurs back to the Hospital, Monday back to the Dr., Friday back to the Hospital, and finally Tues back to my regualr Dr. Why all these appts you ask? Come to find out it's all because of my blood pressure. She is wanting me to be monitored which is so good! My BP has been totally fine so I am sorta confused. Today was the first time it was high and I know that it usually gets higher in the last couple months of pregnancy. Anyway, the baby is fine which is the most important thing! We are getting so anxious for her to come! When we went to the Dr. on Monday we got to have an ultrasound too! It was so cute! It was the second time we got to see her face and she has my nose. She is head down all the way and just waiting to finish baking! Anyway that's our news for the week!

Stitches Round 4

So I woke up this morning and I thought it might be fun to see what it felt like to cut my pinky off. I figured I hadn't had stitches in a while and thought it might be fun. haha jk.

Actually it's really quite lame I woke up and I was putting my mouth guard back in the toothbrush holder and as I went to turn around to get in the shower I knocked our rinse cup into the sink and when I reached out to catch it it broke before I got therebut my movement was already to fast and the cup instead of shattering broke into two perfect halves and I just about chopped my pinky off. The pictures aren't for the feint of heart so look cautiously I'll start with the least greusome ones first so if you want to see the after pictures you can without being grossed out.

ON WITH THE SHOW!!! (at 5:30 AM no less)

Blood Pressure was a bit high 139/86

5:45 ugh this is to early for an injury!

Beautiful Stitches I see four there but I think there might be one more so 5 Total!

All done!

Careful here's the gross one!!

Still makes me nautious to look at it!! (I hate blood!)

My co-workers love me! Work Baby Shower

Yesterday was my work shower. As you can see I got lots of support! Berklee is all ready so spoiled! I got so much stuff, but it's so nice. We got a lot of stuff on our registery which is super nice. This litte girl is not going to need anything in her life. With all the love and support I get from my coworkers it makes me feel so blessed for my job. Although I don't love it at times, I really do love the people! and they love me and of course Baby "B"! They all are so excited for her to get here, I think even sometimes more excited then me! It never gets old talking to them about my pregnancy cause they always ask. Everyone always says "Our Baby". It cracks me up! She is going to have 2 extra grandma's and a few extra aunts! She really is already loved by many! Anyway, enjoy the pictures!

32 weeks and counting!

Here is my 32 week picture or heading into my 8th month of pregnancy. She is going to be here before we know it! I love feeling her move and kick and punch. She already has an attitude of some sort because when I sit or lay certain ways she goes crazy! When I move and she likes my position she stops, what a stinker. Also she can be moving around and as soon as I grab someones hand to feel she won't move at all! Then when they take their hands off she will kick or punch... I think we have trouble on our hands!

More pumpkin carving and Halloween at Papa and Mama Craig's!

We carved our big pumpkin's yesterday! I absolutely love this time of year. My family didn't carve pumpkins very often when I was little so I love that Kyle's family has that tradition. I look forward to it every year! It was sad this year though cause Mindy and Kellen weren't here. We still had fun! This year I dressed up as Juno (the movie about the pregnant teenager) since I'm almost 8 months pregnant and thought that it would totally fit! Kyle was a Bum and didn't dress up at all! We had a really fun Halloween and enjoyed the yummy lasagne for dinner! Can't wait till next year when we can dress up Berklee and maybe dress up as a family!

Carving Pumpkins

Kyle and I decided to get 2 little pumpkins at the patch so we could carve them at our house. The Craig family has a tradition of carving pumpkins a few days before Halloween, so we had to take our big ones to their house. It was really fun carving our small ones and sort of starting our own little tradition! It didn't take very long but was still fun to spend the time together.

Pumpkin Patch

So there comes a time when you have to go pick out "THE" pumpkin. Kyle and I went to a small pumpkin patch that was up the street from our house. It was so fun! It really isn't a patch, it's kinda like a whole bunch of pumpkins in the front of somebodies house. Kyle and I were there for about 20 min and picked out 4 pumpkins. Two big ones to carve with Kyle's family and 2 little ones for us to carve! The kicker is they were only $7 for all 4 of them! Kyle was such a good husband and carried my pumpkin and his. I love you honey! We found our perfect pumpkins and got to spend some good quality time together.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

So yesterday I was really craving Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies. I didn't want to buy them cause I thought it would be a lot more fun to make them! So today, being the good wife I am I made dinner. I used both of my crockpots and plugged them in. Then I decided to make the cookies. Well ever since we have moved into our house the plugs on the one side of our kitchen haven't worked. So we have had to use only one plug everytime we plug anything in. Since I was using both of my crockpots all the outlets were taken! Luckily our living room is pretty much part of our kitchen and has working outlets. So today was a new experience, I made cookies in the living room! It was kinda bothersome to have to bend down since it gets harder for me to do that everyday, but was a fun adventure. The cookies turned out so delicious! So for anyone wondering, it doesn't matter where you mix your cookie dough! The living room works great.

7 months pregnant!

Here is my 7 month pregnant picture. I can't believe I'm already that far along! I have had the best pregnancy and it has gone by super fast! I am getting really anxious for the little princess to come though and with the holidays fast approaching it doesn't help. Although I do love just spending time with just Kyle and I. I know I am really going to miss those times but am going to be so excited to be a mom. Anyway that's the update! Oh yeah, and she is right on target! December 31 2008!

1st Baby Shower for the Princess

I had my first Baby shower on the 27th of September. My cousin Sarah threw it for her sister Michelle and I. It was so much fun to receive all the cute baby stuff! It got me so excited for December when our little princess will be joining us and I can dress her in all the warm clothes. Thank you so much Sarah for putting all the time and effort into the shower! You are the best cousin ever! It was so fun to gather with my side of the family since we don't do it very often. I am getting more and more anxious for our little girl and the showers don't help. Don't get me wrong the gifts and company are super nice but I'm not one for surprises! Ask Kyle, he drives me insane with rubbing surprises in my face! Anyway, I am really excited to have her in a few months. I thank my Heavenly Father every day for the wonderful blessing of being able to be a mom to one of his children. Also of course for my wonderful Family! She would be naked without you! Thanks again everyone for all the nice things, she is going to look adorable! Enjoy the pictures!

Our Goats!

Here are our goats in our backyard! They really aren't ours but we have a crazy neighbor that has a farm of different animals in her backyard. We took these for you Kellen!
