Kick Butt... Literally

So I've been trying to do better about working out. I don't really have time or money to go to the gym. The only gym that is free is the one on base... GREAT! but no one to watch Berklee since they don't have child care. What I'm trying to get at is here is my alternate and I really enjoy it!

It's only 20 min and honestly, who doesn't have 20 min in their day. I'm a sweating mess by the time it's over! I totally love it! Who doesn't love an awesome sweat session. I just bought her yoga so we will see how that one goes.

On a another kick butt note, let me tell you about Sunday. We were up getting ready for church, I was in the shower and Kyle had been getting Berklee ready. All of a sudden Kyle comes rushing in the bathroom saying in a loud voice "BERKLEE AUTUMN!" So I asked what she did and yep it was bad. Bright red nail polish! A big spot on the carpet, on her, and on her dress! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I seriously could have beat her! and Kyle for that matter since he was the one "watching" her. I didn't get mad because we were all safe and nobody was hurt. Luckily my nephew and 2 nieces were staying overnight so they watched Berklee while we cleaned it up. Sorry no pictures because we were in to big of a panic to clean it up. We are now pro! When I put Berklee down for her nap after church we found more RED! On her bed whick soaked thru to her mattress and a little on her tan ottoman. And yes, we have a waterproof cover but it wasn't on her bed at the time. She had been sick a few weeks ago and threw up all over so I took it off to wash it, made up her bed and was just going to put it back on when I changed her bed. So yes, on her mattress. We are still working on getting the polish out and will eventually. As for now if you need to know how to get it out of carpet use glass cleaner. What worked the best was a lot of dishsoap in a little water and pour on spot and scrub away! Then sprinkly oxyclean on to let it soak in the add more water and scrub some more. Your arm will hurt so it may be a team effort. As for clothes, drum roll please.... OFF deepwoods! Yep that's right, misquito repellent. It may sound wierd but trust me it works! You do have to rub the fabric together to get it out. When you have as much out as you can spray with oxyclean or whatever stain remover you use then wash. Whala! All clean and nail polish free! Anyway, that's our life the past week! Until next time!

P.S. I'm going to try to update more but I will be back dating so keep scrolling for new stuff to come!
