Not in order, but still some fun!

I still have some other posts I need to do but I need to find the pictures. As of right now though I have a post for last weekend. Kyle's dad turned 50! HOLY COW! So we helped Kyle's parents by celebrating with them on saturday. We went up to Park City to the tubing place. It was a blast! Kyle, Emily, Dave and I all bought passes and Bonnie watched Berklee at the bottom of the hill.
I let Bonnie switch me coats so she could go down, but she went down once and hated it. Needless to say I ended up going the rest of the time.

We were able to tube for 2 hours for $20. It was definately worth it because you don't have to walk up the hill! The one time I didn't go I of course spent time with Berklee. I put her in the snow and lets just say she didn't love it at all. I took pictures but with Kyle's parents camera. After letting Berklee cry for a sec in the snow I picked her up and went over to some tables that were on cement. I put her down again because she is to the age where you just can't hold her all the time. There was a little bit of snow and she would just put her finger in it. I was laughing so hard because she cracks me up! She was seriously the cutest little snow bunny ever!

Tubing was such a BLAST! Here is a little taste of how fun it is!

After tubing we went up to Olympic Park. Kyle and Dave did the Skeleton! They had such a blast and fullfield a lifetime goal. They both thought it was so cool and are excited to be able to go back in a couple weeks!
It was such a fun day and Dave had an awesome birthday! Happy Birthday! We love you!

Birthday Girl!

I totally forgot to post pictures of Berks Birthday! I still can't believe I have a 1year old! She had no idea what was going on and really didn't know what to do with her cake infront of her. She played with it for a little bit until she got a taste of the frosting then absolutely LOVED it! She at all the frosting off and not so much of the cake. Kyle made me take it away from her because he was afraid she was going to get sick from eating so much sweet stuff. I guess I'm a bad mom because I would have let her just have at it until all the guests left. We are so blessed to be able to have our family here and to buy stuff for Berklee. It sure makes life nice when you don't have to pay for everything. She got a ton of toys and some super cute outfits. Daddy helped her open her gifts since she doesn't really know how. She wasn't interested all that much but it was still fun to watch her :) Thank you everyone for all of her stuff and thanks for your love and support! We love you all!

Lights

Kyle and I have been able to take a date night every weeks. It's been really nice with it being Christmas season so we can go out and freeze our butts off by looking at all the pretty lights! Kyle and I have always been kind of on the adventurous side (as long as we are doing it together) so we have come up with a new adventure plan! Almost everytime we go on a date we are going to try some place new to eat. I know, it might be scary, but it's a chance we are willing to take. Anyway, a few weeks ago we decided to go on a date with some of our really good friends Jeff and Kiera. We rode the Frontrunner down to SLC...
and can I just say it was a BLAST not having to worry about traffic and it went by so fast! We went to Temple Square and looked at the B-E-A-utiful lights! I'm so thankful for the grounds keeper there and for all the hard work because there are TONS of lights! It also is so warming to feel the spirit around the temple as well. It's a good thing you get a warm cozy feeling from the Temple because we seriously picked the FREAKING COLDEST day in the whole world!
As we were walking around the grounds I just kept thinking of how many of the people doing the same thing knew the truth. Let's just hope a lot of them especially since 90% were teenagers, wednesday mutual night, big mistake!! After walking around the light we decided to go and eat and the Lion House. Can I just say DELISH! All of us besides Kyle had never been there so it was an adventure! I definately want to go there again, maybe it will be a tradition to go after looking at the lights :) After dinner we decided to walk back thru and take some pics then head to the gateway.
We did a little shopping the caught the frontrunner back! It was such a fun date night and little Miss Berklee was so good as well! My boss teased me that I was rude for taking her out in the cold but she was the warmest of us all. She was all bundled plus in a bundle me and a blanket. She loved the lights and loved being outside! I hope to make seeing the lights a tradition even if it is to see my sweet little girl have smile on her face because she loves them. Merry Christmas everyone!
